The base block is an industrial/logistics hub and at the same time an intermodal flow node, housing a new waste collection center, a vertical waste treatment center (CTVD), a new heating/cooling plant, an urban distribution center, a sewage sludge treatment network, a funicular railway station, a concrete mixing plant and a parking lot.
