The recent expansion of a metropolis’ public transport network includes the extension of a metro line and the creation of two new stations. Egis was in charge of overall project management for this extension. In particular, Egis managed the BIM design, ensuring its subsequent use as a digital twin for transport infrastructure operations.

By extending its tramway network, a metropolis aims to open up certain districts not currently served, and to limit the use of private vehicles in the city center.
